SRI (Socially Responsible Investment)
What is Socially Responsible Investment (SRI)?
SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) is the application of sustainable development principles to investment.
It is an approach that systematically takes into account the three dimensions of environment, social, and governance (ESG) in the selection of securities held in a portfolio. The implementation methods can take various forms based on positive screening (actors with good practices), exclusion (of controversial sectors), or both simultaneously, all incorporating dialogue with companies.
